Shipping policy

Where do we delivery to? We are currently delivering locally for a flat fee. When checking out, your shipping address must be within the Vancouver, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby or Richmond city limits. 

Can I pick-up my order? Delivery is required, no pick-ups.

Next-day delivery requirements: Next day delivery requires that you make your purchase before 1pm the day prior. If the purchase is made after 1pm, we will try to accommodate delivery for the next day, but can only guarantee delivery on the following day.  

eg. Flowers purchased on Sept 1st at 3pm, request delivery for Sept 2nd - We will try our best to delivery on the request day, but can only guarantee the delivery by Sept 3rd.
